wonderful!

we didn't need to use the ponchos to buy curtains
or to watch the baseball game
the cake was free, the burgers were, too
but we did need some more rest
recovering illness, dancing pigs
we leave a winning pair
laughing is such great medicine

and these are such things we'll laugh about while being tangled, together.

i like to stay during the credits
watch for the negative cutter

sounds like a simple job, and someone has to do it
they've made it in hollywood, cutting negatives
and what would they do if they weren't there?
find someone else I guess

i like having a movie buddy
someone to look at when it's boring
someone to keep me warm when it's cold
(and it usually is)
nice to have someone to talk about it with after, too

i like that my mom sends me cards
stamped envelope right to my apartment
always with something sweet, or a thank you
so i get to send one right back

gunner is awesome, 'my' horse
personality makes all the difference
knowing that he knows me...
it's fantastic

got a raise at my job
more than a dime-
it's a dollar
because they like me and i fit in

i am going to save for lasic surgery
for my 21st birthday (maybe)
be more worth it than drinking will ever be

wish i could help the world see different
especially those who used to matter so much
to me, to loren,
but if it weren't for them,
we wouldn't see how good we got it.
although it would be nice to share
